We hope that your order is everything you hoped for, should you wish to send it back to us, rest assured we have done our utmost to make this a process that is simple and straightforward.

Our 30-day returns process grants you the time to make up your mind for we want you to be truly content and confident in your purchase. If after this time you decide to return your Rowen & Wren piece/s, we ask that you notify and return them to us within 30 days using the returns form provided..

The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If you are returning a larger item delivered to you by courier, we will arrange for the collection of the goods. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of the return journey, the price of which will be deducted from your refund.
