One of our favourite places to visit this time of year is Kew Gardens. There’s always plenty to see there in any season, but we love visiting on a cold, clear day mainly to get warm relief in their wonderful array of glass houses. Particularly in January and February when you start to crave warmer weather, there’s nothing better than walking into a warm tropical climate full of luscious greenery and exotic florals to take away the winter blues. They currently have an incredible orchid festival running until the 8th of March, so why not escape the winter cold and enter the steamy Princess of Wales conservatory full of exotic florals, you can find out more here.
