Ready to Deliver Furniture
£48 per order | 7–10 working days (mainland UK Only)
Handled with the utmost care by a two-person team, who’ll place your piece in a room of your choice, carry out any necessary assembly, and remove all packaging upon request.
Please check that your chosen piece will fit through doorways, stairways, and hallways.
Please note that our 7-10 working day delivery time does not apply to remote UK locations, which will take longer (as specified below).
For international ready to deliver furniture orders, we currently offer doorstep-only delivery. Please contact us to arrange.
Made to Order Furniture
£48 per order | 4–12 weeks, depending on item ordered
For handmade, British-crafted pieces such as our upholstery collection, lead times are a little longer – you will find the lead times listed on the item page before you check out. Handled with the utmost care by a two-person team, who’ll place your piece in a room of your choice, attach the legs, and remove all packaging upon request.
Please note that our 7-10 working day delivery time does not apply to remote UK locations, which will take longer (as specified below).
For international made to order furniture orders, we currently offer doorstep-only delivery. Please contact us to arrange.
Remote UK Locations
Delivery for both made to order and ready to deliver furniture may take an additional 2–3 weeks to:
Channel Islands | Isle of Wight | Isle of Man | Republic of Ireland | Northern Ireland | Isles of Scilly
Delivery may take an additional 1–3 weeks for Scottish Highlands and an additional 3–4 weeks for Scottish Islands
Room-of-choice and assembly services may be unavailable in offshore and remote areas. Please contact us for further information.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-ordered pieces will be dispatched as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. You can find the expected lead time for each item on its individual product page.
If your order includes both ready-to-deliver and pre-order pieces, we’ll send them separately so you can enjoy the available items sooner.
For international orders, we’re unfortunately unable to offer split shipments. All items will be sent together once the pre-ordered piece arrives with us.
International Delivery
All international delivery costs, including duties and taxes, are now calculated at checkout. Please allow 7–10 days for delivery once dispatched. Please note that some items may not be available for direct purchase through our website. If this is the case, please contact our customer care team for further information and assistance.
Helpful to Know
- Mixed orders (furniture + non-furniture) may arrive separately, but you’ll only pay for the two-person delivery.
- We’re unable to accept responsibility for specific courier instructions (e.g. leaving parcels with neighbours or in outbuildings).
