Returns

While we hope that your order is everything you hoped for, should you wish to send it back to us, rest assured we have done our utmost to make this a process that is simple and straightforward.

Our 30-day returns process grants you the time to make up your mind for we want you to be truly content and confident in your purchase.

If after this time you decide to return your Rowen & Wren piece/s, we ask that you process your return using our online system.

By eradicating the multiple pieces of paper and postage labels in every package that are so often not ever used, we can be far kinder to the planet and waste not paper.

We ask also that you take the time to share the reason for your return. This way, we can absorb your feedback in the hope that we can continuously make improvements, reduce returns and in turn, our carbon footprint.

Therefore, if you would like to return or exchange something, simply fill in your details above and we will email you the necessary paperwork to print off, attach and then drop off at your local Collect+ location in its complete and original packaging.

At present, we are not able to offer free returns and so the standard £6 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

For furniture returns, if you decide there and then that it’s not meant to be, then you can of course return your piece for free. Otherwise, we’ll need to send our courier back to your home address, for which there is a £48 fee. And please note that we can’t accept refunds for any bespoke upholstery orders – those cloaked in fabrics outside of those in our assortment.

And for returns outside of mainland UK, please raise an online return request to notify our care team who shall then be in touch with advice on how best to return it to us.
