I am pleased with the style and quality of my hooks, hope the screws work OK as some feed back suggested they weren't too strong. My only gripe is you use Evri to deliver your goods, no other choice. I have had bad experiences with Evri in the past so would never choose them to deliver anything. The day of delivery I was at home, I didn't see the Evri delivery notification on my phone, but my hooks were left outside my door on the floor with out any knock or door bell ring! WHY? I was in a room near my front door so heard a van come and go, when I opened my door there was the parcel, not even placed behind a plant tub. I left poor feed back on my Evri email request as I do not think this is giving good customer service. Not sure what the company advises its couriers to do when delivering but Please - EVRI just ring the Bell or knock, then leave.... not difficult is it ? Because of this experience sadly I am not sure I could buy from you again...

just right for heavy coats but because they were and now are ideal in design for heavy and larger coats they could really do with 4 screws and not two to anchor them to a wall or wooden plate. It might be an idea to warn installers that the matching screws supplied are brass and so need more care in fixing than steel screws would. I sheared one of mine off in the screw hole and spent a happy 15 minutes extracting the two halves of the screw and then fitting a brass replacement from my "archives", aged with vinegar.
They do look great once on a wall though, I minted mine on a slice of characterful old elm (not friendly to screws unless you drill the right pilot hole!) Adding a couple of reserve screws would be friendly.
